What did Jesus Christ overcome?
​
We are trapped in our selfish lives: we set our minds to a lot but are too weak to carry it out. Jesus broke this vicious circle.

He gave himself for us to redeem us
from all lawlessness.
Titus 2,14
And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
Acts 4,12

How did he overcome the world?
​
It was his father's plan. It was the price that had to be paid for our freedom from this vicious circle: Jesus voluntarily gave up his life!

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord
and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
